    High School - borrowed dads recipe and made something almost beerlike and drinkable - bottled in "Ting" soda bottles.

    Grade school - Hires root beer - went quite well - great carbonation.

    I find I don't have patience to wait for maturity. ....maybe if I brewed more batches.

    Since initial register here I've also done a Brewers Best "Continental Pilsner" (yum), and a batch of English Brown Ale also Brewers Best - it was OK.

    I use corn sugar. I mix it into the bottling bucket.DME ThreadIt looks like you'd use more
