Checked the gravity and it was the same as right before I put it in secondary and got it
lagering. Went ahead and bottled last night. Had a small sample, tasted pretty good so hoping
for the best when...

I made a lager 7 weeks ago. Had it in primary @ 45F for 3 weeks and then moved it to a
secondary @ 35F for 4 weeks. The last week or so it has started bubbling again, but I was

Do 3 gallon brewers count here? lol... I considered 1 gallon, decided it was too little, 5

I actually don't mind the flavor as I am that hop-head you speak of! My lady-friend did not
enjoy it one bit, though. I don't mind drinking it, but it does seem much more bitter/hoppier
