- Always wanted try it and now I'm hooked. I love craft beer and now I can make my own. Started out with kits in 8 gallon pot with no temp or outlet and turkey fryer burner and bottle all the beer, 9 batches later I have moved to all grain. I have the same pot and burner in use but have added a 10 gallon DIY gott cooler with a false bottom and 25 foot DIY wort chiller for my all grain brewing. I just finished(almost) my DIY kezzer with a Coffin and I will not have to bottle any beer again(yippie). I will be getting a 16 gallon bayou classic stainless steel brew pot with outlet and temp probe and I may jump up to a new burner. My ultimate rig would be a brutus 10, +/- the automation that I would build my self with my brother who can weld.
