    ABOUT ME

  • I have a passion for beer and believe it is more than a drink. Beer has been part of human history and development and should be thought of a a tool for enlightenment and joy. Beer should bring people together, make them think, make them happy, and make them want to explore. I jumped into all-grain brewing with no experience but a passion to learn and create. I have dreams of creating my own recipes and opening a micro-brewery.
  • I have always been passionate about beer and have always wanted to brew. I am currently working with a mostly home made set up. I use a 10 gallon cooler I crafted into a mash tun, an 8 gallon brew kettle, homemade immersion chiller, etc. I have only brewed my own personal recipe which is a Oatmeal Cinnamon Stout. I have dreams of perfecting at least three recipes and opening my own micro-brewery.
