Found a massive off-license (liquor store) that do every belgian beer I've ever heard of. It's
a bit far away but that's ok. They even do magnum sized duvel and chimay!! Over-priced however
at €22.. T...

You might try a champagne yeast like lalvin EC-1118. It's very clean and works from 45° to
95°F. can't really get a hold of any lager yeasts, but I have a whole load of different lalvin
