  • I'm a fantasy artist and creature creator for games :) My hobby is my work, essentially, so, homebrewing is a hobby that can stay more of a hobby and less of a job.

Celiac's disease :( Allergic to wheat, barley, etc.
<3 hard, dry ciders. I've only found one american cider I like, Original Sin. My usual choice is Strongbow, but I've only had the export. I'd like to tast the 'real' stuff.
If youi visit my page and like my art, hey, I'm open for label deign for your brew ;p

  • Ever since I was a kid and read the Redwall books I've wanted to brew- Ambrose Spike was totally my hero. I finally started my first brew in 2007, right before I turned 21. It was a ghetto rigged thing, but some snooty tasters like it :) As of midsummer 2008, I moved and found that I live 2 miles from a homebrew store. Win!
  • onion mushroom wine (for cooking!), tea wine, and many many more... some more cider!

  • Hibiscus/rose/wild cherry bark mead, caramel apple cider

A local place here (florida) makes pineapple's good stuff, I used it for cooking ham
which I later made into a Hawaiian pizza. Good stuff. It's a little intense though.

  • Posted in thread: How do you guys store your bottles of homebrew? on 02-22-2009 at 09:17 PM
I just use one of the bottom cabinets in my kitchen, the kind you'd normally store pots and
    pans in.
