  • This weekend - Oatmeal stout with hints of toasted grahmcracker and roasted chocolate. Hop profile noting black corrant and spice.
  • Summer Special bitter with a hint of brumalt
  • secondary is for nancys
  • Few old stouts, wit wine ale, and some old rye ales
  • American style pale ale made with all belguin malt and hops. A bit too much brumalt for my liking

    Quarter chocolate stout with a mild chocolate sweetness and roasted dry finish.

    Just hoping the OP got it.Again guys, not saying it's infected. Just wondering if you've ever
    had a batch take more than 2 weeks to ferment. First time ever in a year of brewing almost once
    a weekend....
