I should have said this earlier. I bought a chugged pump a year ago and ran into issue with the
impeller locking up. I called the company, they told me you can not use less than .5" on the

+1 on 1/2 ", but it really only matters on the suction side. You don't want to starve the pump

I have a very similar setup. Using the proper size orifice will give you the proper air
mixture. Search for low pressure propane to explain the difference in the pressures. Also you

I highly recommend following the bcs web site and look at the examples given. It's definitely

Do yourself a favor and do a test run with the chugger pumps all the way up to the temperature
you plan on using them at. They have had some issue with the impellers stopping at elevated
temperatures ...
