    Finally moving up to 10 gallon batches!! Do my boils increase at all?? How does that change the
    OG?? If I only boil for 1 hour then my batch would be less concentrated than if I boil a 5

    Easy way I did it when starting was just mash with 1.25 quarts per pound. Then sparge with
    whatever volume you need to get your preboil volume.So if you get 4 gallons from your mash then

    I like the idea of the IV drip!!! I would try D5W at KVO to start. As far as carbing is
    concerned, maybe you know someone that kegs and you could force carb it.

    What is everyone using to calculate efficiency?? I brew with iBrewmaster which now calculates
    efficiency but had been using Brewersfriend web site. When I compare them I get different
    numbers.........
