    I found that having the bottles soak in a cooler full of ice water for a few days makes the
    labels slip off before you even pick the bottles up!

    I just completed my second batch myself. Definately more confident but not ready to take any

    Leave your beer in the clearing tank for a month, then rack to your bottling bucket, add the
