  • He needs the glove of an all-star shortstop, the agility of a gold-medal gymnast, the reflexes of a championship racing-car driver, the eye of a .400 hitter and the mind of a geometrician. Even then he is nothing if he has not conquered fear, for he lives in a vortex of violence in the world's fastest team sport. He is the hockey goalie, the masked man, the magnet for action in a war on ice.

  • I have been making beer since August of 2006 in my garage in Harrisburg, PA. I have a huge interest in brewing and drinking beer. I worked at a local brewpub for four and a half years and have been appreciating well-made, hand-crafted beer since I stopped drinking crap beer after college. My friends may call me a "beer snob", but I know what I like and what I do not like. I'm at the point in my life where I'm not going to waste my time on mainstream American light lager piss water. I enjoy beer with flavor. Through the art of homebrewing, I can guarantee (most of the time!) that I can make beer that I will enjoy.

Been a while, but IIRC, not chocolatey enough. I'd do all the above and then touch it off with
some chocolate extract before bottling/kegging. That would add some aroma at the very least.
    Also maybe s...

This!I can't stand that fake watermelon flavor..that is why I love this recipe so much since
you use actual watermelon juice instead of the fake stuff. Adding watermelon jolly ranchers
    seems to defeat...

I didn't do anything to actually sanitize the juice. The alcohol in the beer will take care if
that. Just sanitize anything the juice may come in contact with before it goes in secondary.
    Sanitize the...
