Been a while, but IIRC, not chocolatey enough. I'd do all the above and then touch it off with
some chocolate extract before bottling/kegging. That would add some aroma at the very least.

Haven't had time to check in much here, but we had our grand opening this past weekend. 2,500

This!I can't stand that fake watermelon flavor..that is why I love this recipe so much since
you use actual watermelon juice instead of the fake stuff. Adding watermelon jolly ranchers
seems to defeat...

I didn't do anything to actually sanitize the juice. The alcohol in the beer will take care if
that. Just sanitize anything the juice may come in contact with before it goes in secondary.

Question: How is the Watermelon taste on this brew over time? Does it start to fade after
bottled for a while?I honestly can't tell you. It never lasts more than a few weeks!
