I think DFH Festina Peche is a really easy sour to get into. I believe they call it a "session
sour". From there you can try an Eric's Ale from the New Belgium Lips of Faith series.

I want to use wax on on vanilla bourbon stout im bottling today, like how a Makers Mark bottle
looks. But locally I can't get the wine wax pellets. Do you think candle wax from a craft store
