Brooklyn Brew Shop suggests 1/2 packet in the instructions that come with their kits. That's
what I've been using and it works great.

Well Bob, sure enough, it was fermenting like crazy! I just had to tighten down the lid on the

Well, I added a bit too much top off water and ended up at 1.061. I did rehydrate the yeast,
