It's got a flat bottom, and it's 5 liters, I boil in a stainless pot and transfer to it, so I

Fired up the turbo crazy during lunch and roasted 300g of Sumatra Mandheling to City+ to use
for cold brew coffee (aka my standard activity on a day ending in Y)
