  • Posted in thread: Why did your brew day get canceled? on 10-25-2016 at 06:56 PM
I've postponed my brewing for the week just now in fact, my new garage door is coming in 2
weeks early so I've moved the entire contents of my garage into the rear 1/3 to let the
    installers work, can'...

  • Posted in thread: Which equipment to buy next? on 10-25-2016 at 02:48 AM
lots of great options, one thing I'll say is, when you go to buy a specific bit of equipment,
ask yourself 'Will I be happy with this in the long term?' Sometimes it's better to splurge a
    bit on the n...

  • Posted in thread: Grain mill or Pump? on 10-07-2016 at 09:58 PM
I'll vote mill, if only because having one (and a bunch of grain) means that I can brew without
making a trip to my lhbs, every single time. Don't get me wrong they're great people, but I'm
    busy. Or y...

  • Posted in thread: So who's brewing this weekend? on 10-07-2016 at 04:35 PM
I might bang out 5 gallons of LoDO sour base this weekend, I need to test a few process tweaks
before I can make some pils next week

  • Posted in thread: How big of an Erlenmeyer flask do I need? on 10-07-2016 at 03:06 PM
I have both a 2 and a 5 and I actually routinely use both of them. The 2 is great for my
picobrew, especially since it takes up less space in my fridge while cold crashing, while the 5
    gets used every...
