I just brewed using this Hopville recipe. The yeast wasn't available so I am using Wyeast Belg.
Saison (#3724 - I will report back in a few weeks when its finished.

I've been to winemakers 3 times. The first time, I was treated so poorly that I walked
out...empty handed and unable to brew that day. After a long hiatus, I decided I would give
    them another chance. ...

Thanks Yooper! This recipe worked out very nicely. The color and flavor were a bit different
than the target beer, but by far the best Double IPA I've made.

I don't quite have the equipment yet for an all-grain batch. Can I get some help with making
    this partial-grain?

In Columbus, I like Kenny Road and Clintonville Community Market. As for near Newark, I've
never had a bad experience at Beverage Source. Joel there really knows his stuff.

Thanks! Apparently I missed that in the previous few posts. Doh! Anyway, I made a batch of this
2 days ago and so far it's perfect. You're right about the smell. If it tastes half as good as
    it smells...

I'm making this recipe tomorrow, thanks for sharing! How much priming sugar should I use when
    it comes time to bottle?
