It looks like your method is fine so I will guess one of three things1. water - Are you using
tap or bottled?2. temperature - VERY IMPORTANT. Try using the swamp cooler method if you can

Just found the site and I am overwhelmed by the wealth of knowledge here. I've never homebrewed
