I bought the JSP maltmill when they were arguing about it on the Home Brew Digest. (1990s)Still
using it. I need nothing more even if I opened a brew pub. It grinds into a 5 gallon bucket.

I add extra grain and save a few quarts of wort. Can for future use.I remember reading this

I had 2 carboys filled around nov 1 with fresh apple cider that had been "Cold Pasteurized"

No. I have a 7.5 gal conical, I drain the yeast off the bottom when ferment is done and let it
sit another week or two.... or three. Once for a year. I have 2 carboys full of hard cider from

I have been brewing for 20 years. I just got one 7.5 gal stainless 3 years ago. I simply love
it. My girlfriends children all pitched in and bought me another one yesterday.Its the way to
ferment beer...
Yellow beer (pale ale) in keg
Chocolate stout In keg
Front Porch Porter in keg
weat beer and fruit in the conical
IPA of some kind on Deck!
I get more out of it when I put more into it.
