    not consistantly in the USA. People will often hold knife-in-right, fork-in-left while CUTTING
    something. Then they will transfer the fork to the right hand to actually put the food into
    their mouths....

    Well, if you lived here, then I can tell ya I'm actually in Port Coquitlam. Up until now, I buy

    Can't you buy a dual pressure regulators, with three gauges on it? One for tank pressure, then
    one for each line... I'm sure I heard about these somewhere, might have even seen them for sale
