I took a reading at 1.055 which is what is on the instruction sheet. All of my other beers

I would bet your fine.Did you take a OG reading?Give it a week then take a gravity reading this
is the only true way to tell if anything is happening.

At only 5% You shouldn't notice much of a coffee flavor.The Flavor I got from this was very
