  • Always wanted to but thought it was too expensive and too complicated. After a tour in Iraq I decided to pursue some dreams, wine making being one. Found a local HBS and bought a kit. My very first batch of Apple Wine took a first at the fair and I was hooked. About three years ago I decided to go commercial and have been working on that ever since.

    Here is my second batch of Bochet. I just racked it from the fermenter at 11.5% ABV and 12.5
    g/L RS.

    No! I donīt pay. I made the labels and send it to print in A3 matte vinil paper. I cut with a
    blade... it takes a huge time, but in the end is nice :) Nice you liked!Maybe this will save
    you some time...

    My Creme Brew right before & after bottling. I usually bottle in brown glass, but put this in a

    Slow and steady. This is a seven gallon experimental batch of Brochet based on a 1393 recipe.
    The green light is on a 250 watt fish tank heater keeping the must at a steady 74F. Haven't
    tasted it yet,...
