I didn't taste anything that would be considered buttery, however the texture was oily and it
persisted until I drank some water.

Okay, after two weeks in the bottle. (I know it is young...) There is a slick feeling on the
tongue that persists well after the swallow. I don't perceive any off flavors just this
texture. Any guidan...

The kit instructions didn't specify a FG. They have links to the promash analysis however, it
didn't specify a FG either. It's been fermenting since 9-10 which means we will be at the three
week mark ...

tried it and the taste was fantastic. I am looking forward to bottling and once conditioned I

I can say that the yeast is indeed fine, I have a second batch that is fermenting like crazy
right now using this yeast.

We took our first hydrometer check tonight and it is sitting at 1.021 @ 68 degrees. The taste
was great! This seems to be the average FG reading from what I have found on the interwebs.
