  • I'm an intermediate level home brewer now - trying to get up to black diamond level. I recently made a mash/lauter tun out of a 10 gal Rubbermaid cooler. I also picked up a 15 gallon Blichmann Brewmaster courtesy of SWMBO.

    IMO you need to keep both within their working ranges or you may get undesirable results. 1007
