  • I have been home brewing since 2010 and has become one of my favorites hobbies and my biggest passion. I have two Home Brewing Competition Medals; One Gold for a Imperial Pumpkin and a Silver for my Pepper Ale. rnrnFor fun and for some extra cash I work at a local home brew shop called Country Wines. I love working their and talking about beer and wine with customers. rnrnMy newest adventure is learning the process of wine making. So far I have completed a Mascato and currently I am fermenting a Merlot.
  • Like most people Im gearing up for fall. I took a day off from work and had a BIG brew day. I made a Apple cider, Merlot wine, and a Pumpkin beer. it was a very long day to say the least ha.

    Krausen won't harm your beer. In a few days it will just subside anyways. No worries.
