  After youve mashed out do you just remove the grains and add the 3 more gallons for the boil?
  Or is it more than 3 to account for what's boiled off?

  So is it possible to do a "real ale" with a party pig by using it has a secondary and then
  adding sucrose or whatever? I can't find where in hell one can get an empty polypin in the
  states!
