Glad to hear that the fermentation goes pretty quick with this one. This was the first time
I've used it, i brewed Sunday and it was churning good by Monday morning. Added a blow off tube

Just finished this one up yesterday and I'm a little concerned. I took a pre-boil OG and it was
at 1.070 which was close enough for me but then i took a post boil reading and it was at 1.092.
