I just made my 2016 version of this with Simcoe to bitter, then all Amarillo. Its really great.
I used Imperial Organic Yeast "House" strain which is WLP 007/Wyeast 1098.Same grain bill as

If your grist bill was correct...What temps did you mash at? I had a brew that lost 4 degrees

Maybe the extra pound of grain ended up in your Saison grist after all.Sadly, no. Just weighed
that grain bag -- it's a pound heavier than it was supposed to be.
