I think the Columbus hops will completely overpower the Cascade hops. You may want to consider

It could be a combination of live yeast and something you ate. Has your diet changed recently?
Yeast plus sugary food, like cookies, can do it to me.

If you want to use the Coopers tablets, you don't need to use a bottling bucket. You can bottle
straight from the fermenter. You would have to take extra care to keep the racking cane from
sucking up ...
