Grabbed everything I need today from the brewshop.Using 3724 Belgian saison for the yeast
(didnt have the exact one per the recipe)Also ended up using organic german wheat instead of
belgian wheat mal...

Barley wine or a strong abby. Just my preference.But in the way of a "winter warmer" I think

Personally I like slightly higher abv as well, I dont want to drink a sixer to get a buzz.I

I like "Brewing Classic Styles" because it breaks down every beer (pretty much) by style and
gives a very nice explanation of that style according to BJCP guidelines.Also try "Tasting
