Moved this to secondary today after 3 weeks in primary, and my gravity is still in the
1.021-1.023 range. Smells of TF Amber malt, almost sickeningly sweet. Hope this turns out.

The other variable that is hard to control is the temperature of the faucet. Until cold beer
runs through it, you're going to get that temperature differential and some foaming. If I don't
