  • I have been brewing for 3 years now. I was an extract brewer until Jan 2010. I now brew AG and batch sparge. I enjoy brewing American Ale styles. Pale Ales and IPAs top my list. My goal is to brew at least 1 batch per month. I have limited space where I live so I cant brew as much or as often as id like. Also temperature control is an issue during the summer months so from May-Sept I might not be able to brew at all.

This beer came out very good. The boozyness has mellowed and the hops are shining. Very tasty
beer. It was well reviewed at a recent HomeBrew Club meeting.
