    it's not 100% vinegar yet, which is why i'm wanting to check if it will eventually turn all the

    Ooh! Sour Apple Cider. Sounds good, actually. Is it?it is not. it does not have the funky, nice
    flavored sour quality that a good sour beer would have. it's starting to taste like thinned out
