    I would soak the whole bucket in bleach and then rinse the heck out of it. I think you would be
    fine after that but then again ale pails aren't that expensive so....

    Cheesy goodness is correct. Pb2 a minute or two before flame out. You can use in secondary but
    it can be troublesome to get it to dissolve.

    what was the fermentation temp? What was the OG and FG? Your primary time makes me raise my
    eyebrows... But, nine days in primary might be ok provided fermentation was complete and you
    gave the yeast ...
