I find AG to be easier. I'm much more relaxed when doing AG than extract. Watch your temps and

I, too, fight the 7.5gal pot issue. I boil with 7gal to start. As it nears boiling, I keep one
hand on the gas regulator and the other hand on a spray bottle of water. Have done 3 batches

Agree with the folks above. I've been doing the 'drain to another container' thing for the past
3 brews. I can't wait to get another brew kettle. It works, but it is annoying :)

I learned that if you fill a keg a little too full, it an be pretty messy when you purge it.
