    I would guess this is a yeast issue. Healthy yeast is key to a crisp clean taste. Yeast will
    give off funky flavors if stressed in any way. Be sure to have the correct amount of yeast,
    aerate with 02 ...

    In my experience, green has not been a sign of contamination during fermentation. I would
