If you ended up with the correct preboil volume, how could it be over sparging?If your final
runnings were under 1.010 extracting the unwanted prob because of a small grain bill.

Quite a few homebrewers prob mash inside using the stove for hot water and boil outside via
propane. A batch sparge will get you out and on the kettle quicker where as a long fly sparge

I batch sparge and 10 gal takes the same amoust of time. why? I use 2 "cooler"mash tuns and

I use a corny and connect the gas to the beer out which makes the co2 bubble up through the
keg. I do this slowly until 30, 35psi and let stand for 24hr.
