  • I'm a mechanical engineering major at Missouri S&T in Rolla, MO. I recently got into homebrewing. Their is nothing better than pouring a homebrew for a friend and having to convince them that I actually made it.

  • Some friends of mine got me into homebrewing pretty recently. Shortly after trying some homebrew I purchased a simple kit from Midwest Supplies and was immediately hooked.

  • I'm getting ready to put together a Modus Hoperandi IPA clone by Ska Brewing. This will be my first partial mash. I'm inching my way to all grain.

    FWIW, it's very simple. I don't use PID. It's just simple on/off control with temp/pressure

    I renamed it to make it my own. But it still holds true to ska brewing by naming the recipe
    after the Mighty Mighty Bosstones. Here's my label.
