  • I started getting interested in brewing from a co-worker at my last job. I was a department lead at a ready-to-drink plant and he worked at several micro breweries. Bought a basic kit and have done mainly extract with steeping grains and now moved into partial mash. All grain set up should be at my house as I type this up.

    It doesn't " look" like a pellicle though. I had the same happen to my last two stouts? Did u
