I made my first cider batch with stevia and added corn sugar for bottle conditioning.... And
took second place in a competition with it. If I'm not kegging my batch then I always go the
    stevia route.

Head space is only an issue when you're bulk aging wine. If you age in the bottle after
secondary and clearing then you have nothing to worry about.

Im nearly finished with my wine rack. About 400+ bottles on a dedicated wall. I'm using 1x2

Where was this posting listed? There still might be some value here if it's near me.

I used 72lbs of malbec grapes and my yield was 5.25 gallons after racking and pressing. I'd say

I vote for you to clean and keep them also. 5 gallon ball locks are becoming more rare as it
is. Yours are more valuable like said above.I think a 1 for 1 trade for 5 gallon cornies is a
    good deal. If...

How good of a deal. I'd certainly cover a finders fee for a few good 2.5's or 3's

Subscribed to this. You're doing exactly what I'm planning on doing in a few weeks, except I'm
fabricating my own trunk line and chiller.

Bottom out your serving pressure to 1-2 psi. You'll get good pours from it.

It will clear in the secondary given enough time. But me personally I like to add a pack of
super kleer to drop it all out and bottle it from there to save my space in carboys for aging .
