I made my first cider batch with stevia and added corn sugar for bottle conditioning.... And
took second place in a competition with it. If I'm not kegging my batch then I always go the

Head space is only an issue when you're bulk aging wine. If you age in the bottle after

I used 72lbs of malbec grapes and my yield was 5.25 gallons after racking and pressing. I'd say

It will clear in the secondary given enough time. But me personally I like to add a pack of
super kleer to drop it all out and bottle it from there to save my space in carboys for aging .
