  • Got started in late 2009 with a Mr Beer kit. Brewed 3 beers on that then went stove top partial mash by Jan of 2010. Went all grain by Fall of 2011. Slowly upgrading to a RIMS system. Still using a rectangular cooler and one march pump. 12 gallon batches.

    Have no fear. Looks fine to me. If the sourness was appley it's just young beer. The yeast will
    clean it up.

    I'm anti Rogue as well. They are just not worth supporting. That being said, drinking their
    beer is not going to ruin a fun evening for me. I'm still in!
