soak up that foam so you can get a better reading on your hydrometer. Congrats on your first

I did the Midwest Liberty Cream Ale Kit and added 1lb of local honey with 5min left in the
boil. It tastes amazing, but Im not sure I can taste the honey. It did bump the ABV nearly 1%:D
