Probably, but I've seen most people say that fermenting out before adding the Roeselare means
less or slower sour character.

You know, if I were to do it over, I'd put my taps closer like you got Bier. I'd at the very
least be able to take advantage of a smaller drip tray.Thankfully I have two beer-loving dogs
that help kee...
