Dumb question, but - did anyone do this build without thinning the 2x8's to 1.25" (still using
1.5" foam insulation) and use gorilla glue (or heavy duty velcro) to hold the collar in place?

Juice. Abita doesn't age on berries. Mix it and keg next day.Not that it would change the
flavor profile, but abita goes 75% pils, 25% wheat. What's the expected gravity doing 6# and
