I brewed this about 3 weeks ago, I just kegged it and I am impressed. Even flat it tastes
pretty darn good! I can't wait till it's carbonated and aged a little!

Did you screw the drip tray directly to the freezer?No, I didn't want to screw into the side of
the freezer. Not sure why. I just used double sided tape.

Why do you cover your kettle during the boil? Of all the videos I've seen, I've never seen
someone cover while boiling. Won't it affect your boil off rate? Also isn't part of the reason
