  • I was at the Shafley Beer Fest, seen a co-worker who I haven't really talked to and we talked and he said he has been home brewing since 1999 and I should give it a try. Since I have lived in Europe I cannot drink American style beer and I am tired of paying the high price for good beer.
    I bought the Brewers Best Beginners kit with bottles, and since then bought a glass carboy for secondary. So far I have done Oktoberfest, Pale Ale, Kolsch and German Alt.
