I've done 2 partial mashes now, and I've gotten a very low OG (about 0.010 lower than

Anyone else notice this? All my recipes now show lower OG. To test it, start a new recipe with
a single grain or extract. For example: Light LME, 3.3 lbs, 1.037 @ 100%, should be 1.024.
Instead it's 1...
