  • Started fall '11. Recipes so far: extracts: cream ale, kolsch, smoked porter, RIS. Partial: stealthy saison. All-grain: irish red, hefe, dubbel, guiness clone, boddingtons clone, brown ale, robust porter, rye IPA, 60min clone, vanilla bourbon porter, oaked IPA, berliner weisse. Ciders/etc: apfelwein, grahams english cider, pineapple coconut burnt mead, quick grape mead, light lemonade mead, orange mead. For beer I run a keggle with voile BIAB setup; just started using no-chill cubes; so far so good.

I started using a no-chill cube a couple of months ago and love it. It cuts about half the brew
day off, and just requires a 5.5 gallon collapsible water jug. Leave it in the kegerator or on
    the count...

Okay, so I got the ingredients for this and am looking forward to starting it. One weird
question- I was just part of a buddy's wedding and wanted to have some of this aged for his one
    year anniversar...

This thread rocks. I smoke a 10 year old Missouri Meerscham at work a few times a month,
everyone is always jealous and interested. I ordered some stuff from them in Afghanistan a
    couple of years ago ...

Pitched this last december and finally got off my ass and transferred to secondary....
delicious. Very light, refreshing and smooth as silk, even without gas. It will end up being a
    repeat. Not to men...

Mt. Baker is awesome. Great skiing, and a huge variety of wonderful hikes during the summer.
    Really beautiful.

The recoil on the 19c must be almost non-existent with the compensator ports. It really has more
to do with the shooter and skill than a tiny compensator for an underpowered cartridge on a
    short barrel...
