I normally set mine about 8-10 deg lower for the first couple days, because that is when the

Yes you can secondary in warmer conditions. Temp control is most important for the main
fermentation. Might be best if you have a slightly cooler place for your secondary though.I

Made this today. This is my first lager. Everything went well hit a 1.057 for my OG. My wife
loved the taste of the wort. It looks real promising. Biggest problem I had was getting my

One week could be pretty quick to move. If it is a really low gravity beer then maybe. I
