  • I started brewing last chirstmas. Brewed a few batches and realized I love it. Switch to all grain about the 4-5 batch I brewed. Since then I've done 3 all grain batches. Nice switch too. My beer looks and tastes better.

Someone help me determine what the off after taste is in some of my brews.. Only a few of my beers have it. I assume it's tannins. When I hear the word tannin it makes me think of that taste.
