- I started brewing last chirstmas. Brewed a few batches and realized I love it. Switch to all grain about the 4-5 batch I brewed. Since then I've done 3 all grain batches. Nice switch too. My beer looks and tastes better.
- Nothing. Brewing tomorrow tho. Making an oaked imperial pale ale.

I used a 10" SS false bottom... I'm pretty sure it was this one: use something really similar.

What was the temp at the end of the mash? Odd's are you're good. You definitely want to let the
grain sit in the strike a water a little while before taking the temp.Try it again. What bad

Putting a False Bottom in my kettle. Was shocked to see how very little trub ended up in my
fermenter. At first I thought something was wrong it was such a dramatic difference.I use a
Polarware Kettle...
